Use of the service
You may use Eagle Communicator for lawful communication and collaboration. You are responsible for the content you send, the people you invite and the permissions you grant on your device.
Your account
Provide accurate registration information, protect your sign-in credentials and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share another person's credentials or attempt to bypass access controls.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, distribute malware, violate intellectual-property rights, expose private information without authority, or interfere with service operation. Users can ignore or block invitations and administrators can moderate groups.
User content
You retain responsibility for your content. You grant the service the limited right to store, process and deliver that content only as needed to operate the requested feature. Recipients may retain content that you send to them.
Translation and AI output
Translations, subtitles, writing assistance and spoken output can contain errors. Keep the original text available, verify critical instructions, numbers, names, machine identifiers, safety information and contractual meaning before acting.
Calls and recording
Call availability depends on device permissions, network conditions and relay access. Follow local consent and recording laws before recording or sharing any call. Eagle Communicator does not grant permission to record another person.
Testing status
Pre-production and internal-testing releases may change, contain incomplete features or require reinstallation. Features labelled as work in progress should not be relied on for emergency, medical, safety-critical or legally binding communication.
Availability
The team may modify, suspend or discontinue a feature to protect users, maintain the service or comply with law. No uptime guarantee is provided during testing.
Termination
Accounts may be restricted for abuse, security risk or violation of these terms. You may request account deletion using the account deletion page.
