Android 1.1.17 is available through the signed, resumable direct release channel
What changed
- Professional profiles and Find expertise now use native Android screens, with a clear saved-profile view and improved large-text layouts.
- Work keeps New form, Workflow and Project within reach. Assigned items and available Team forms remain separate; authoring checks your group access and management permissions.
- People keeps Find people, My QR and My profile available even before your first connection. Older ambiguous privacy settings receive a one-time choice; explicit choices stay unchanged.
- Chats, Work, People and More provide a clearer daily workspace. Calls and Translator stay within Chats, while conversation screens keep their own focused controls.
- Eagle blue and paper white are the default, with clearer chat bubbles, compact spacing and retained alternate themes.
- Improved forms and polls show a recipient preview while authoring, with full-screen question flow for answering. Phone authoring keeps the preview optional; tablet and desktop show it alongside the questions.
- Professional profiles support company lookup and discovery controls. Existing privacy choices are preserved, and contact invitations still require acceptance.
- More forgiving chapter interactions and grounded game elements, with shared fixes across Android, Windows and the web.
- Discover people and groups, request contact or membership approval, and share expiring group QR invitations. Group administrators and contact recipients approve access.
- Group topic threads keep replies linked to the original message. Schedule messages for a later time, edit them or cancel before delivery.
- Catch me up links missed mentions, replies and Action Requests to their original messages without AI-generated summaries.
- Optional local voice-note transcription retains the original audio. Translation uses the available translation engine; downloaded speech models and device support are required.
- Desktop and supported browsers can share a screen with a pointer during calls, with explicit permission and Stop controls. Android can receive screen sharing.
- More compact headers and chat tools. The iPhone web layout keeps Back and Send reachable while typing, avoids automatic input zoom, and stops Settings from reopening unexpectedly.
- PWA calls open in a foreground panel rather than a hidden browser window.
- Front-facing chapter doors open with Up, with sequential progression through all fourteen chapters and the Rama-Sita reunion.
- Jatayu responds at his encounter; Up and Down can interact with nearby characters and chapter mechanisms.

- Google Play checks for eligible updates when the Android app opens. Updates download through Play, with an option to skip and an explicit restart choice.
- The embedded PWA now uses a fresh 1.1.17 offline cache.
- The signed Android package uses version code 118 and is available from the Eagle VPS with resumable delivery.

Downloads
Known testing limits
Direct downloads provide version 1.1.17. Google Play availability follows review and requires an approved Gamma tester account plus opt-in; the link is not public open testing. Message search covers loaded messages. Action Requests need connectivity and do not yet send due-date reminders. Nano grammar needs Google's device eligibility and downloaded AICore model; English is supported, with other languages shown only when available. Real Nano inference is not yet verified on a compatible physical device. Existing older installs need this release before they can use the new in-app Play updater. Play must recognize the app and offer a newer version to the tester's account. Apple-native automatic translation is deferred to a future native iOS app; it is not available in the current PWA, and no server translation provider is configured. Mobile layout and call-host checks used browser simulation; real iPhone and cross-device call checks remain important. Browser screen-share sending depends on support and is not promised on iPhone. Translation, neural voice and call behavior varies with downloaded models, device support, permissions and network route. A TURN relay is still required for networks that block direct WebRTC. Verify critical translated content against the original.
Team-tool access, evidence and approval workflows remain subject to the service rollout; company onboarding and configurable attendance are not enabled for everyone. Peer-document recovery and automatic document deletion remain disabled. Local AI assistance is not included, and this update does not move existing chats to a new database. Live push-provider and physical-device acceptance checks are still pending.
